Previously a Pandox owned and operated property, this iconic hotel has been acquired by a Finnish family-owned business and is planned to be renovated in different phases.This transaction highlights continued interest and momentum in Finland’s hotel investment market, with both local and international players active.

🌲 Giving Back: Hotel Korpilampi (Korpilampi means "Wilderness Pond" in Finnish) is deeply defined by its beautiful wilderness setting. To honor that, and to celebrate this milestone, HOTELINTEL is proud to donate 1% of our revenue from this transaction to the Finnish Natural Heritage Foundation (Luonnonperintösäätiö).
