Actively sourced and supported the negotiation of this centrally located hotel asset for Glastad Holding, supporting the strategic growth in their hotel portfolio in the Nordics. This is the company’s first serviced apartment asset, leased to Heimr.
HOTELINTEL Consulting acts as an advisor to DNB for Hotellmarkedsdagen.
Working closely with DNB on the annual DNB hosted Hotellmarkedsdagen supporting with agenda, content and participants, as well as the publication of the annual Norwegian Hotellrapporten. In addition we have a working relationship with their real estate arm for existing as well as new developments and transactions.
