All our real estate investments are made in Norway, and include hotels (12 owned and 2 leased), residential and commercial buildings. The portfolio consists of approximately 150,000 square meters of commercial property and several development projects. Geographically, the majority of the properties are located along the coast between Oslo and Bergen, with offices in Stavanger, Farsund, Kristiansand, Tønsberg and Oslo.
