About Bane NOR Eiendom is a subsidiary of Bane NOR responsible for managing the commercial sections of the company's real estate. With headquarters in Oslo, the company manages 740,000 square metres of space. The vast majority of this is in or in connection with railway stations.
About Hvam Invest has a tradition of developing residential and commercial property in Romerike and Oslo Nord. We are a small but efficient organization that manages 53,000 square meters of commercial space, divided into offices, shops and warehouses, workshops and housing. Our investment decisions have as their common denominator that a good and central location will always be attractive. We buy and develop properties in central locations, which benefit us and our tenants. We want to be close to the tenant and are responsible for our own property management.
