HOTELINTEL Consulting acted as advisor for NUMA in sourcing and negotiating the
strategic partnership with CARUCELEiendom and is supporting NUMA's expansion plans in
Scandinavia.
We have supported the second lease agreement between NUMA and CARUCEL Eiendom, with the 33-room Numa Topp, Oslo. The iconic building, which is located near the Royal Palace, opened for hotel guests already within 3 months of signing the lease.
Skovveien 15 was built in 1898 and from the 1960s to the turn of the millennium it was operated as West Hotel, which was one of the first to offer long-term stays. In recent years, the building has been operated by Frogner House Apartments. The ground floor of the building has also for many years been home to some of the city's best restaurants, such as the award-winning Coq d´Or, Bokbacka and Hedone.
